Return Policy:

Your order number is the five digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email. Read our full return and exchange policy here. Questions? Hit us up anytime at returns@benefitmedical.com.

Our Guarantee:

BeneFIT guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges:

BENEFIT only accepts returns of UNWORN (excluding trying on the products) and UNWASHED merchandise within the first 15 days of shipping. If you return your item, please allow 10-15 business days for inspection and processing.

Exchanges will be sent pending items are still in stock after processing. BENEFIT will cover shipping fees for one exchange per order. 

Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment minus $7.00 for shipping within 10-15 business days of receiving returned items.  It may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund to your credit card. There will also be a $2.00 laundering, processing, and re-packaging fee PER ITEM on all returned orders. (Maximum of $10.00 per order)

Please email returns@benefitmedical.com and request a pre-paid shipping label which we will provide for you. Once received you will need to print your shipping label before it expires in 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

All international import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient due upon delivery (regardless of order value).

International Shipping is $19.95 on all orders.

Import Duties and Taxes

International Shipments are subject to import duties, taxes and handling upon delivery. Please note that import duties, taxes, and handling are non-refundable through BeneFIT. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by order contents, we are unable to provide an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges outside of the US.  ALL international sales are final.
