This has been something I've been wanting to do for a few years. It's my giveback to the healthcare community for everything you guys provide for society.

Although we provide the best scrubs on the market my main goal, passion, and purpose is to help others be the best version of themselves. Both mentally and physically. Which is my WHY. It's why this company exists. Which is why I'm finally launching the BeneFIT60 program.

Healthcare professionals now more than ever need someone to have their back. Simply put, you guys go through a lot of crap. See a lot of trauma. And take on a lot of stress daily. Which is why it's so important to TAKE CARE OF YOU as well. You guys put up with a lot of bullsh*t during covid years. And I know for a fact how easy it was to get off track and neglect your own health and well-being during that time. We're all human. BUT NOW IT'S TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK!



I'm still building out BeneFIT60 and it'll be available on our site soon to sign up but here's what YOU NEED TO KNOW: Once launched this program can be joined ANY TIME. There's no timeframe on it or deadline. Juts once you decide you want more out of life then it's 60 days long. 2 months, that's it. -It will be FREE to join. no signup fee. no strings attached. Period. No catch. -It's a YOU vs YOU challenge. The primary goal being for YOU to become a better version of yourself and tap into your potential. -ANYONE can join. No matter your current fitness, your current goals, or season of life. -It will be a daily checklist of tasks to accomplish. Nothing hard or crazy. Just habits that are going to help you develop discipline, mental toughness, improve your health, and just be better. -Anyone that successfully completes it (no cheating or bending the rules) will get a FREE pair of our scrubs and a limited BeneFIT60 coin. no charge. no strings attached. Just an incentive from ME for YOU to be better. The daily Tasks are not finalized but will be something like this: -The program will be 60 days: -DAY 1: At the start of the program you take a picture of your current self in your current scrubs. -EVERY DAY: 60 minutes of movement/exercise DAILY. It can be anything. If you're just starting on your fitness journey it can be walking. Lifting weights, swimming, crossfit, running, whatever. As long as you are moving and burning calories. -EVERY DAY: 10 pages/day reading your book of choice for self improvement. It can be anything that's going to teach you something or make you better. -Pick a diet based on YOUR goals. everyone's goals are different. But whatever you choose: you have to stick to it. no cheating whatsoever. -No alcohol. period. no exceptions. no wine or beer after a long shift. -progress picture for yourself everyday. same time, same place. track your results. -1 gallon of water per day minimum WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS NOT: -This is NOT a contest with a grand prize winner. This is a YOU vs YOU challenge. You're only competing against yourself to complete it. Complete it and reap the rewards. -This is NOT a weight loss challenge. Will you lose weight? Probably. But your goal could be to gain muscle and you could end up gaining weight. The goal is for YOU to identify YOUR goal and do what it takes to achieve it. -This is NOT a specific timeframe/deadline challenge. Anyone will be able to join it at anytime once it's live. Once You start and pick a date for your DAY 1. It's 60 days straight. no exceptions If you miss any tasks any day then you fail. No exceptions. Start over. This program is meant to build habits, grit, discipline, resilience, and help you realize what you're capable of. And if you complete it you'll be the best version you've ever been. both mentally and physically. Lastly, IF you complete it. I want an AFTER picture of the NEW YOU in your new set of scrubs we give you for completing it. That's all I ask in return. I will be using your before and after pictures to inspire your piers, other healthcare professionals to be BETTER. and show them that it's possible. It can be done. You just have to want it bad enough. Are there other programs out there? sure. BUT this is the ONLY PROGRAM for healthcare professionals. And the ONLY PROGRAM with a free incentive like this. THIS IS FOR YOU!! I get nothing out of this personally except the satisfaction of knowing others are striving to be the best version of themselves out there and are a part of our community. This program will cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars (if not more over time) in scrubs but I could care less. I'm not money driven. I'm impact driven. I'm a difference maker.
